How it works
Three steps. No account needed on your end.
Owner shares QR code or PAW-ID
From the PawChart app, the owner taps Share Records on their pet's profile. They can display a QR code for in-person check-in, or send their pet's unique PAW-ID ahead of drop-off. Access is time-limited — links expire automatically after first use or a set date.
You view the vaccine certificate
Scan the QR code or enter the PAW-ID from any device. You see a structured certificate: each vaccine by name, date administered, expiration, and compliance status — Current, Expiring Soon, or Overdue. The pet's name, species, and breed are shown so you can match it to the animal in front of you. Known allergies and active medications appear in a Safe Care Summary beneath — displayed in plain language, not clinical shorthand.
Verify the source
Each vaccine shows the originating clinic and date recorded. Records entered directly through Lumora Clinical display a Clinic Verified badge — meaning a licensed veterinarian entered the data, not the owner. Tap View source to see the administering vet, clinic, and vaccine lot number without accessing unrelated medical history.
