When you're accepted, you receive a unique referral code (e.g., your name or handle: KELCE15).

Anyone who applies your code at PawChart Pro signup gets 10% off their first year. You're tagged as the referrer.

You earn on annuals.

Every time someone you referred buys an annual PawChart Pro subscription, you earn 15% commission. Monthly subs don't count, but if they upgrade to annual later, you'll still get credit.

We pay you quarterly.

End of every quarter we tally your commissions and send a Stripe Connect payout. Minimum $25 to trigger a payout; below that, it rolls over.

Applications & Acceptance

Who can apply?

Anyone 18 or older who has at least one pet they actively care for. You don't need a big following, a perfect Instagram, or anything fancy. We're looking for genuine pet parents.

How long does the application take?

About 5 minutes. We've kept it short on purpose. We'd rather you spend that time with your pet.

When will I hear back?

We respond to every application within 10 business days. Acceptance, waitlist, or polite decline.

How do you decide who gets in?

We review every application personally. We're looking for authenticity, genuine engagement with your pet's care, and fit with the cohort. Follower count doesn't matter.

Can I apply for more than one track?

Yes. If you select "Both" on the application, we'll review you for Founding and Story. You can also still join the Vet waitlist separately.

What if I don't have a huge following?

Doesn't matter. We're looking for engagement and genuine love for your pet, not follower counts. Some of our best ambassadors will have 200 followers and 200 stories.

What if I don't use TikTok?

Leave the TikTok field blank on the application. We just want to know where you actually live online.

Do I have to post about PawChart constantly?

No. We'd rather you talk about your pet authentically and PawChart shows up because it's part of the story. No content calendars, no quotas.

How big is the cohort?

Founding cohort cap is 100 ambassadors. Story cohort cap is 40. Once filled, Founding closes. We may open a second cohort later, but Founding terms are not offered again.

When does the Founding cohort close?

Applications close June 30, 2026, or when 100 spots fill — whichever comes first. After that, the Founding badge and the locked rate are off the table.

Will Founding ever open again?

No. Future ambassadors join the broader (unbadged) Ambassador program with different terms and a different (higher) price point. Founding is permanently scoped to cohort one.

What You Get

What's in the Founders Box?

A custom collar tag etched with your Founding No., a hand-written welcome note from Andy, partner-bakery treats, a branded sticker sheet, and a Founder card linking to your in-app Founders profile (rolling out as Pro launches). The first 25 accepted ambassadors receive an additional limited-edition item.

When does the Founders Box ship?

Within 14 days of your acceptance. We ship one at a time, by hand. International ambassadors may take longer due to shipping.

Do I really get Pro for life?

Yes — while you're an active Founding Ambassador, your PawChart Pro is free. If you ever step back, your rate locks at our Founders price ($50/yr) and never expires. Our public Pro pricing will grow as the platform grows. Yours won't.

What's a "Founding No."?

Your sequential acceptance number, ranging from 001 to 100. Permanent, public (if you opt in to the Founding Roster), and visible on your in-app profile to other PawChart users once Pro launches.

Can I lose my Founding status?

Only if you violate the program agreement (the obvious things: harassing other ambassadors, fraud, misuse of your referral code, that kind of thing). Stepping back from active participation doesn't cost you the badge or the locked rate. We won't penalize you for life happening.

Revshare & Referrals

How does the revshare work?

You get a unique referral code (e.g., KELCE15) that gives the people you refer 10% off their first year of PawChart Pro. When they buy an annual subscription, you earn 15% commission, paid quarterly via Stripe Connect.

When do I get paid?

Quarterly. At the end of every quarter (March, June, September, December) we tally your earnings and send a Stripe Connect payout the first week of the following month.

What if my referred friend cancels?

If they refund within 30 days, the commission is reversed (standard in affiliate programs). After 30 days, the commission is yours to keep.

Do monthly subscriptions count?

No. Monthly signups don't earn revshare, but if they upgrade to annual later, you'll still get credit as the original referrer.

How much can I realistically earn?

Depends on how much you refer. A few referrals a year is realistic for most ambassadors and earns ~$50 to $200 annually. Top referrers can reach $1,000+ per year. We're not advertising it as a side income, but the math is real.

What's the minimum payout?

$25 per quarter. If your earnings for the quarter are under $25, the balance rolls over to the next quarter. Avoids tiny payouts that cost more in transaction fees than they’re worth.

Is this taxable income?

Yes. Revshare earnings are reported as earned income. If you earn more than $600 in a calendar year, we'll issue a 1099 via Stripe Connect at year-end. You're responsible for reporting it.

How do I see my referral count?

Inside the PawChart app, under your Founders dashboard, once Pro launches. Real-time count of who you've referred, who's converted, and your pending payout for the current quarter.

Can I share my code on social?

Yes. Anywhere you like. The only thing we ask is that you disclose the partnership when you do (FTC compliance) with a clear "I'm a PawChart Ambassador" or similar note.

The Community

What's the Founders Den?

A private Discord server for the entire Founding + Story cohort. The team is in there. It's where we share what's coming next, ask for input, and where ambassadors connect with each other.

Is Discord required?

No. You can ignore it entirely if you want, and you'll still get all the other benefits. But most ambassadors find it the most rewarding part of the program.

How active is the community?

Light but real. The team posts a few times a week, ambassadors post when they want. Not a Slack-style "always on" environment.

What's Founders Den Live?

A 90-minute group video call held once per quarter for the entire cohort. We share what we shipped, what we are building, take questions, and reveal things you hear first. Not recorded publicly.

Do I have to attend the calls?

No. They're optional. We send a recap to the Discord after each one for ambassadors who couldn't make it.

Commitment & Logistics

How long is the commitment?

Annual, renewable. You can step back anytime if life changes. Your Founding badge and locked rate carry as long as you are not actively violating the program.

Can I switch tracks?

If you want to move from Founding to Story (or vice versa), reach out. We'll evaluate based on what you're up to.

What if my pet passes away?

We're so sorry. Reach out to us — we'll talk about whether you want to remain an ambassador (for memorial purposes, or for a future pet), step back, or shift to honoring your pet's story in a Story Ambassador way. There's no pressure either way.

Are international applicants welcome?

Yes — but the Founders Box may take longer to ship and shipping costs may apply for non-US addresses. Your Pro subscription works internationally.

Where do I update my mailing address?

Inside the PawChart app under Founders settings once Pro launches. Until then, reach out via email and we will update it manually.

Who do I contact with questions?

The Founders Den Discord is the fastest path once you are in. For anything else, email andy@lumora.vet.
